What is collected

The contact form collects the name, email address, company, and message you type, so Rachel can reply. Client order and proposal pages built for a specific client collect the details that page asks for (selections, a typed name as signature, the time and network address of submission) as the record of that order.

Page views are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify you. No advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking, no third-party marketing cookies.

How it is used

To answer your message, scope and deliver work you ask for, and keep a record of orders a client has placed. Aggregate page-view counts are used to understand which pages are read. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with data brokers.

Where it goes

Form submissions and order records are delivered by email through Resend and stored in Veradin's email and project files. The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on Veradin's behalf under their own privacy terms.

How long it is kept

Messages are kept as long as a conversation or project is active and for ordinary business records afterward. Ask and it will be deleted, unless it is part of a signed order or invoice that has to be kept.

Your choices

Email rachel@veradin.co to see, correct, or delete what is held about you. California residents can make the same request under the CCPA. There is no account to close and no newsletter to unsubscribe from.
