Overview
A national electrical contractor opening a new campus wanted branded apparel for its people: seven items decorated with a new campus mark, produced through a print vendor Veradin manages.
The challenge
Apparel programs die in email. A quote goes out as a PDF, the buyer forwards it around, questions about colors and sizes bounce for weeks, and the order never quite gets placed. The previous round of this exact program stalled for a year.
The approach
Brand kit first. A four-variant logo system, light and dark, with print-safe masters built for embroidery and patches, and a usage sheet the vendor could work from without questions.
Comps the buyer can forward. A proposal deck showing every item on real garments with the mark in place, priced per line, with vendor minimums and lead times built in.
An order page instead of a PDF. The buyer walks the items, picks colors and size runs, sees the running total, reads the cost agreement, types a name, and submits. The page enforces minimums, records the signature with a timestamp, and emails both sides a record.
The outcome
One link. The buyer orders in minutes on a phone, and the studio receives a signed cost agreement and a ready-to-send vendor order the moment it is submitted.
