Conversion Design & Acquisition
Lucid Hearing: Conversion Design in a Regulated Category
Conversion-focused design and compliant claims creative for a hearing aid acquisition program.
Conversion design and acquisition creative for a hearing aid brand, built to hold up under health-claims compliance review.
The problem
Hearing aids are a regulated medical category. Every acquisition asset, from landing page copy to paid social creative, has to clear claims review before it can run. Most conversion-rate work treats compliance as a blocker that slows shipping down. Lucid Hearing needed acquisition creative that converted at pace without triggering rework cycles with legal and regulatory reviewers.
What Veradin did
Rachel built the conversion design and acquisition program alongside a parallel claims-compliance workflow, producing creative that was pre-checked against regulatory claim language before it reached review rather than after. That meant writing acquisition copy and structuring landing pages around what could be substantiated and approved on the first pass, not the strongest-sounding line that would bounce back for a rewrite.
The work covered:
- Conversion-focused landing page and funnel design for paid acquisition traffic
- Acquisition creative built to a claims-safe language standard from the first draft
- A working claims library so new creative could be checked against approved language instead of starting from scratch each time
The claims discipline is what separated this from a standard conversion sprint. In a category where a single unsubstantiated word can pull an entire campaign, building compliance into the design process instead of bolting it on after the fact is what let the acquisition work actually ship on schedule.
The outcome
This program ran alongside a parallel Veradin acquisition engagement, and the two share attribution on a combined 2-3x lift in conversion rate across paid acquisition channels. Individual attribution between the two accounts was not separately tracked at the time.
