visit the live site →MeritCubby is a SaaS product that helps professionals capture and organize the evidence of their work, the wins, metrics, and proof points that get buried in old emails and forgotten by review season, so they're ready when a raise, a promotion, or a job search comes up.
The problem
Most people can't answer "what have you actually accomplished this year" without twenty minutes of digging through Slack and old performance docs. The evidence exists, it's just scattered and undocumented in the moment it happens. There was no simple system built for capturing career wins as they occur and turning them into something usable later, whether that's a resume line, a review packet, or a negotiation.
What Veradin did
Veradin designed and built MeritCubby from the ground up, brand identity, landing page, product UI, and a full design system, then took it into production with Stripe billing wired in for subscriptions from day one.
The brand had to do double duty: credible enough for a career and professional-development tool, approachable enough that someone would actually use it weekly instead of letting it turn into another abandoned tracking app. The design system was built to hold up across the landing page and the product UI as one consistent visual language, not two disconnected surfaces bolted together.
On the product side, the interface was built around the core habit the tool needed to create: fast entry, so capturing a win takes seconds, not a sit-down session. Every screen was designed to lower the friction between "something good happened" and "it's logged."
The build used AI-assisted production throughout, letting one person carry a scope that would typically require a small team, without cutting corners on billing infrastructure, UI polish, or the design system underneath it.
The outcome
MeritCubby is live at meritcubby.com, a fully functioning SaaS product with Stripe billing in production. It stands as a complete, shipped build: brand, product, and payment infrastructure, all designed and executed by Veradin.
